　The Social Dance Seminar of the Naka Ward Senior Citizens' Club (Naka Ward Seniorren) is held on Thursday, the 2nd and 4th week, led by the Cultural Activities Committee in the training room on the first floor of Seifuuso Mugita.
The participation fee is 2500 yen for six months, and 29 people from each club participate.
We had been canceling our activities for a long time due to COVID-19 infection, but we resumed it for the first time in four years from this year.
A dance party organized by Naka Ward Old Renren is scheduled to be held in December, and every year some people from outside Naka Ward participate.
　At the workshop, instructors Hasegawa and Onozawa first showed the steps in the example, and then paired each other and practiced the steps.
In addition, he practiced for about two hours each time, such as step practice with music and practice alternating pairs.
Everyone who participated talked to each other and took the steps in the same way while modeling the instructor's steps, and was concentrated. .
