Hamanaka-kai's activities for 2023 started at the Noge District Center on Thursday, May 25.
The Hamanaka-kai is a district senior citizen club consisting of five senior citizen clubs, and is working on creating a gathering place.
Last year, the activities that had been conducted as "YCM Hamanaka-kai" with the support of the Mizuho Education and Welfare Foundation's "Community Support Project" will be continued as a voluntary activity this year. In starting the activities, we repeated discussions with the officers many times, and last year we have been vigorously engaged in various activities. It is a result of the enthusiasm and cooperation of many people that this activity rooted in the community will continue as a voluntary activity this year.
After the excitement in Boccia on this day, discussions were held on future activities.
This area is home to many of Yokohama's representative attractions nearby.
Active opinions were exchanged, such as why not go to see the roses because the roses were beautiful, and if people who were not confident in their physical strength could easily participate if they used the sightseeing tour bus “Akaitsutsu”.
We hope that we will continue to develop initiatives for the practice of fraternity activities, such as watching over the community and creating a place to stay, while supporting the local community.
