I experienced a canal cruise
The ward office staff experienced a "canal cruise" that toured the Ookagawa and Nakamurakawa basins by boat. I learned about the history of rivers flowing through the local area while being swayed by ships for about an hour, including the development of Yoshidashinden and the stories of bridges such as Chojyabashi Bridge and Miyakobashi Bridge. The wind was pleasant, and when viewed from the river, the familiar scenery looked very fresh.
