 Naka Ward's annual “Naka Ward Nursery School Ekiden Tournament” comprised of 29 nursery schools with older children. To prevent the spread of the new coronavirus (COVID-19). To prevent the spread of the new coronavirus (COVID-19).
 Since it was the year of the Olympics, this time, we borrowed the torch we actually used from the person who served as the torch runner of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. The event was held from October 25 to November 25, 2021 under the theme of the "Ekiden Tournament Connected by Torch," where children could experience the same experience of touching the torch even if the venue is different.
 On October 25 (Negishi Forest Park) and November 15 (Yamashita Park), a total of three torch runners rushed to interact with the torch relay and children.
 At the nursery school that could not participate in the 7 venues, each kindergarten bring a torch to each kindergarten and have a contact experience, and all 29 older children can have the same experience of touching the torch, and connected with a torch The Ekiden tournament has ended successfully.
