    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, site and design of building in Article 6 agreement area must follow standard to establish in next kakugo. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to the standards specified in Items 3 to 8 shall not hinder a good living environment and that the Steering Committee has approved in advance.
    (1) Use shall be a single-family house. (Including two-family living together housing.)
    (2) The minimum area of the site shall be 125 m2.
    (3) The ground surface of the site (meaning at the time of the announcement of approval) cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to those that do not hinder a good living environment and that have been approved in advance by the Steering Committee.
    (4) The retaining wall (meaning at the time of the public notice of approval) cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to those that do not hinder a good living environment and that have been approved in advance by the Steering Committee.
    (5) The main part of the building shall be a sloped roof, and the slope shall be 4/10 or more, and Western tiles or equivalent thereto. Also, the color is based on earth color (tea or red color).
    (6) The outer wall of the building shall be a sprayed wall, a hand-painted wall, or equivalent, and the entire wall shall be as if the entire wall is an earth wall. Also, the color is based on earth color (tea or red color).
    (7) External fences shall be castings or equivalents.
    (8) The installation of the entrance porch in each house premises shall comply with the specifications of the original sale so as not to disturb the townscape.
