  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 6 The use, form, site and design of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to the standards set forth in items 3 to 8 that do not hinder a good living environment and that have been approved in advance by the Steering Committee.
    (1) The use will be a single-family house. (Includes two-family living together residence.)
    (2) The minimum area of the site shall be 125 m2.
    (3) The ground surface of the site (meaning at the time of the announcement of approval) cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to those that do not hinder a good living environment and have been approved in advance by the Steering Committee.
    (4) Retaining walls (meaning those at the time of the announcement of approval) cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to those that do not hinder a good living environment and have been approved in advance by the Steering Committee.
    (5) The main part of the building shall be a slope roof, and the slope shall be 4/10 or more, and shall be Western tiles or equivalent. In addition, the color is based on earth color (tea or red).
    (6) The outer wall of the building shall be sprayed wall, small hand-painted wall, or equivalent, and shall be designed as if the entire wall is a clay wall. In addition, the color is based on earth color (tea or red).
    (7) The fence of the exterior shall be cast or equivalent.
    (8) The entrance porch on each house premises will comply with the specifications from the beginning of the sale so as not to disturb the streets.
