    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, structure, site and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must be based on standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) Use of building assumes thing to raise next (except report house to prescribe in house accommodation business law (2017 law 65th).))
    Oh, single-family house (including multi-family living together house)
    (I) The floor area of one dwelling unit is 40 square meters or more and the number of dwelling units is 4 or less
    C. Medical clinics (excluding veterinary clinics) combined housing
    D) A multi-purpose house prescribed in Article 130-3 of the Ordinance, which includes item 1 (office), No. 6 (learning cram schools, classrooms for learning, etc.) or No. 7 (for producing arts and crafts) Atelier, etc.)
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7.5 meters from the ground surface. (In this item, the ground surface refers to the ground surface prescribed in Article 2, Paragraph 2 of the Order.)
    (3) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    (4) The site area shall be 25 square meters or more.
    (5) The ground surface of the site (meaning the announcement of the approval of this agreement) cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for building basements, car parking lots, stairs, slopes, wheelchairs, etc.
    (6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the site boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit when building or part of building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall corresponds to any of the following.
    Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3 meters or less.
    We offer for i storage or other similar use, height of eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and total of floor area is less than 5 square meters.
    2 Regardless of the provisions of Paragraph 1, buildings that meet the purpose of Article 1 and those approved by the committee stipulated in Article 7 as special cases can be built. But it is not this limit about tenement house or apartment house where floor area of one dwelling unit is less than 40 square meters.
    3 With regard to the special provisions set forth in the preceding paragraph, the Steering Committee shall determine whether to approve after hearing the opinions of the owners of the land adjacent to the site.
