  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 6 The use, form, structure, site and location of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
    (1) Use of building assumes thing to raise next (except report house to prescribe in Housing Lodging Business Act (Law No. 65 of 2017).)
    Oh, single-family houses (including multi-family living together houses)
    B. A tenement house with a floor area of 40 square meters or more and a number of dwelling units of 4 or less
    C. Medical clinics (excluding veterinary clinics) combined housing
    D) A multi-purpose house prescribed in Article 130-3 of the Ordinance, No. 1 (office), No. 6 (learning school, classroom of learning, etc.) or No. 7 (for producing arts and crafts) ateliers, etc.)
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7.5 meters from the ground surface. (In this item, the ground surface refers to the ground surface prescribed in Article 2, Paragraph 2 of the Ordinance.)
    (3) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    (4) The site area shall be 125 square meters or more.
    (5) The ground surface of the site (meaning the one at the time of the approval of this agreement) cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for making basements, car parking lots, stairs or ramps for wheelchairs.
    (6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the pillar in place of this to the site boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit when part of building or building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall corresponds to any of the following.
    Oh, total length of center line of outer wall or pillar in place of this is less than 3 meters.
    (I) Provide for storage and other similar uses, and the height of the eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and the total floor area is within 5 square meters.
    2 Regardless of the provisions of Paragraph 1, buildings that meet the purpose of Article 1 and that have been approved by the committee stipulated in Article 7 as special provisions may be constructed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to tenement houses or apartment houses with a floor area of less than 40 square meters of one dwelling unit.
    3 With regard to the special provisions set forth in the preceding paragraph, the Steering Committee shall determine whether or not to approve after hearing the opinions of the owners of the land adjacent to the site.
