    ※Due to the revision of the Building Standards Law, there has been a gap in the provisions described in the agreement.
    ※Please be sure to check with each steering committee regarding the handling of agreement standards.
  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Restrictions on Buildings)
    Article 7 Sites, locations, uses, forms, etc. of buildings in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
    1 Use of a building shall be a single-family house, a single-family clinic combined house, and a single-family house prescribed in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order.
    2 The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    The distance from the outer wall of the 3 buildings or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary line and the adjacent land boundary line shall be 1.0 meters or more. However, Article 135-5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order. ※It is not this limit about building to prescribe in part of building or building and garage attached to the first.
    4 Sites cannot be divided.
