    Article 7 The site, position, use, form, etc. of the building in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
    Use of 1 building shall be single-family house, single-family clinic combined house and single-family house prescribed in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order.
    2. The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    The distance from the outer wall of 3 buildings or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary line and the neighboring land boundary line shall be 1.0 meters or more. Provided, however, that Article 135-5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order ※This does not apply to buildings prescribed in or parts of buildings and garages attached to the first.
    4. The site shall not be split.

※Due to the revision of the Building Standards Law, there is a gap in the provisions described in the agreement.
