    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, structure, site and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must be based on standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) Use shall be a house exclusively for single-family house, a clinic combined house or a combined house according to Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Ordinance. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to those that do not violate the purpose of Article 1 and that the Agreement Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7 has approved in consultation with Yokohama City.
    (2) Subdividual division of the site shall not be possible.
    (3) The ground surface of the site (at the time of the agreement approval of the agreement) shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for construction or exterior construction of car garages.
    (4) Buildings or structures shall not be built on the outside of the retaining wall top line facing the site boundary line and shall not be built. However, this does not apply to eaves and eaves of buildings. (Refer to No.1 in the attached figure.)
    (5) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary line or the adjacent land boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 90 cm or more. But it is not this limit when building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall or part of building corresponds to one of next kakugo.
    Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3 meters or less.
    We offer for i storage or other similar use, height of eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and total of floor area is less than 5 square meters.
