    Use, form, structure, site, position, position, and building equipment of building in Article 5 agreement area must follow standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) Subdivision of the site shall not be possible. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the site area after the split is 150 square meters or more.

    We offer for i storage or other similar use, height of eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and total of floor area is less than 5 square meters.
    (4) The height of the building shall not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5 meters. The ground for which the ground surface is determined shall be the ground for the site at the time of obtaining the inspection certificate of construction related to development activities (September 20, 1980).
