Article 5 The use, form, structure, site, location, and building equipment of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards set forth in the following items.
(1) The site cannot be subdivided. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the site area after the split is 150 square meters or more.
(2) The building shall be a single-family house, and its use shall be a private house (including a two-family living together house) or a clinic (excluding a veterinary clinic).
(3) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary and the adjacent land boundary (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit when building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall or part of building corresponds to one of next kakugo.
Oh, total length of center line of outer wall or pillar in place of this is less than 3 meters.
We offer for i storeroom or other similar uses, and height of eaves is less than 2.3 meters, and total floor area is less than 5 square meters.
(4) The height of the building shall not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5 meters. The ground for which the ground surface is determined shall be the ground on the site at the time of obtaining an inspection certificate for construction related to development activities (September 20, 1980).
