(Standards for Buildings, etc.)
(Use)
Article 6 The use of buildings in the agreement area shall not be the use listed in Paragraph 2 () of the Building Standards Act. However, this does not apply to buildings that are provided by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 14 for purposes deemed necessary to improve the convenience of a corporate housing complex.
(structure)
Article 7 The main structural parts of the building must be non-combustible materials such as steel frames and reinforced concrete. (Excluding storerooms with a total floor area of less than 20 m2)
(site)
Article 8 The site cannot be divided. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 14 recognizes it as a parcel area that can maintain a good factory environment.
2 On the site of the building, a green space of more than 10/100 of the site area must be installed and efforts must be made to manage it well.
About 3 parking lots, car of company and the employee must be able to park or store in one's own site or other site.
(Change of ground surface)
Article 9 The ground surface of the site shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for parts that build car parking lots and stairs.
(Location of buildings)
Article 10 The distance from the wall of the building (the wall of the building, the surface of the pillar in place, and the gate attached to the building) to the road in the corporate housing complex area shown in the attached area map shall be 1.0 m or more, and the distance to the other site boundary shall be 0.5 m or more.
(The structure of the gate)
Article 11 When setting up a gate, the following shall apply.
(1) The height of the wall shall be 2 m or less.
(2) The structure of the hedge shall be transparent, such as wire mesh, and concrete or concrete block, is prohibited.
(Design)
Article 12 The design of a building must endeavor to harmonize with the surrounding environment regarding the form of the outer wall, roof, etc., and the installation of various signs.
(Pollution prevention measures)
Article 13 Efforts must be made to prevent the occurrence of pollution, comply with the rules and standards stipulated in the following pollution-related laws and regulations (including ordinances and rules), and implement pollution prevention measures. Pollution prevention measures shall be governed by a separate pollution prevention agreement.
