  Use, form, structure, and site of building in Article 6 agreement area must follow standard to establish in next kakugo.
  （１） Use shall be single-family homes, apartment houses, tenement houses, dormitories or boarding houses. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to those that do not interfere with the environment of this Agreement Area and that the Agreement Steering Committee has approved in consultation with Yokohama City.
  （２） The height of the building shall not exceed 12 meters from the ground level.
  （３） The number of floors excluding the basement shall be three or less.
  （４） The minimum area of the site shall be 100 square meters. Provided, however, that if the site is less than this at the time of the announcement of the agreement, the area may be the minimum area.
  （５） The ground surface of the site shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for building a car garage.
