  • Outline of limitations (excerpts of agreement)
    (Restrictions on buildings)
    Article 7 The site, position, structure, use and form of a building in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
    (1) The use of the building shall be a single-family house or a clinic combined house with no hospitalization facilities, and the housing part is the home of the doctor's life, and the building attached to them. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to those that do not hinder the living environment of this Agreement Area and that the Agreement Steering Committee has approved in consultation with Yokohama City.
    (2) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be three or less.
    (3) The maximum height from the ground surface (at the time of purchase from Nippon Co., Ltd.) shall be 10 meters, and the height of the eaves shall be 7 meters or less.
    (4) The distance from the outer wall or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary line and the adjacent land boundary line shall be 1 meter or more. Provided, however, that Article 135-5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order ※This shall not apply if it conforms to the provisions of the above.
    (5) Advertisements, etc. shall not be installed.
    (6) The site shall not be divided into 165 m2 or less.
