  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Restrictions on Buildings)
    Article 7 The site, position, structure, use and form of buildings in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
    (1) The use of the building shall be a single-family house or a clinic combined house with no hospitalization facilities, and the housing part shall be the home of the doctor's life and a building attached to them. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to those that do not hinder the living environment of the Agreement Area and have been approved by the Agreement Steering Committee in consultation with Yokohama City.
    (2) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 3 or less.
    (3) The maximum height from the ground surface (when purchased from Nitton Works Co., Ltd.) shall be 10 meters, and the height of the eaves shall be 7 meters or less.
    (4) The distance from the outer wall or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary line and the adjacent land boundary line shall be 1 meter or more. However, Article 135-5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order. ※This shall not apply if it conforms to the provisions of the above.
    (5) Advertisements, etc. shall not be installed.
    (6) Sites cannot be divided into less than 165m2.
