• Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
  (Restrictions on Buildings)
  Article 8 The use and form of buildings in the area specified in the preceding Article shall be based on the standards specified in the following items.
  1 Use of a building is a single-family house (excluding apartments) clinics, it shall be a combined housing. However, a combined house is limited to those stipulated in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order.
  The number of second floors shall be 2 or less except for the basement.
  3 The height from the ground surface (the ground surface refers to the completion of Morito original construction work) shall not exceed 9m and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5m.
  4 Advertisement towers or similar shall not be provided in the agreement area.
  (Restrictions on site division)
  Article 9 In the case of integrated and splitting the site at the time of the conclusion of the agreement in this agreement area, it shall be 180 square meters or more.
