  (Restrictions on buildings)
  Article 8 Use and form of buildings in the area specified in the preceding Article shall be based on the standards set forth in the following items.
  Use of 1 building is single-family house (we do not include apartment house.) clinics, combined housing. However, a combined house is limited to those stipulated in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order.
  The number of floors shall be two or less except for the basement floor.
  3 The height from the ground surface (the ground surface refers to the completion of the Moritohara construction work) shall not exceed 9m, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5m.
  4 Advertising towers or similar items shall not be provided in the agreement area.

  Article 9 When the site at the time of the agreement is concluded in this agreement area, it shall be 180 square meters or more.
