    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 8 The site, use, and form of a building in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
    (1) Buildings in the area specified in Paragraph 1 of the preceding Article shall be detached, and shall be exclusively for residence or combined with a clinic.
    (2) Buildings in the area specified in Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article shall be exclusively for houses or combined with stores.
    (3) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    (4) The height from the ground surface shall not exceed 9 meters, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5 meters.
    (5) The building area of houses (including attached buildings) in the agreement area specified in Article 7, Paragraph 1 shall not exceed 5/10 of the site area.
    (6) The minimum area of the site will be 1.32 square meters. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to sites less than the minimum site area at the time of approval.
    (7) Article 8 shall not apply to buildings necessary for public interest and approved by the Steering Committee and approved by the The Mayor of Yokohama.
