  (Restrictions on buildings)
  Article 8 Use and form of buildings in the area specified in the preceding Article shall be based on the standards set forth in the following items.
  （１） Use of the building shall be single-family homes (excluding apartments), clinics, and store combined housing. However, a store combined house is limited to those stipulated in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order.
  （２） The number of floors shall be two or less except for the basement floor.
  （３） The height from the ground surface (the ground surface is the ground surface of the residential land created by Kohjin) shall not exceed 9m and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 6.5m, respectively.
  (Prohibition of site division)
  Article 9 The site in this agreement area cannot be divided at the time of the conclusion of the agreement and increase the number of parcels.
  (Prohibition of advertising towers, etc.)
  Article 10 An advertising tower or the like shall not be provided in this Agreement Area.
