In addition, we plan harmony between low-rise houses and middle-high-rise houses and the formation of comfortable and unique streets along main roads in the district, and guide buildings that take into account the use of elderly people. Furthermore, for middle- and high-rise houses, a parking lot corresponding to the number of dwelling units will be set up, and for convenience facilities, a parking lot of an appropriate scale will be set up. In addition, in district B, sidewalk-like open space will be installed on the premises to ensure traffic safety and convenience along the south side of the divided road, as well as a place for community formation and health maintenance of local residents.
