Targets of District Planning This area is located in the northern district, which is positioned as a planned residential area under the Yokohama 21st Century Plan Izumi Ward Plan. Urban development is being carried out by Nishida Second Land Readjustment Project.
For this reason, this district plan maintains and improves the effects of the project in the land readjustment project area, complements the center facility functions in the northern district while maintaining harmony with the surrounding urban area, and guides a green and good living environment The goal is to preserve it.
Land Use Policy In order to create a good environment as a residential area while considering harmony with the surrounding environment, land use will be guided according to the following categories.
