Targets of District Planning This area is located on the south side of Izumi-Chuo Station on the Sotetsu Izumino Line, which is the heart of Izumi Ward, and on the east side it is bordered by the Izumi River. The area around the station is stipulated in the "Izumi Rural Culture City Plan" of the "Yumehama 2010 Plan Izumi Ward Plan" as a "Civic base" to integrate the cityscape and functions appropriate for the ward.
In this area, based on the above positioning, in order to create a comfortable and good city in harmony with the rich nature such as water and greenery, and to promote the creation of a town suitable for railways and around stations, infrastructure development is being carried out.
The purpose of this District Plan is to guide appropriate land use in the land readjustment project area and the surrounding railway area, and to create a favorable urban environment in conservation.
Land Use Policy We divide district into five and guide land use in harmony by the next policy each.
1 District A (middle and high-rise residential area)
Aim to form an urban area as a middle- and high-rise apartment complex, and guide some stores to the low-rise area.
2 B district (low- and middle-rise residential area along the line)
Aiming to form a low- and middle-rise house and an urban area where offices and stores are located, while taking into account harmony with the surrounding environment of existing houses.
3 C district (low-rise residential area along the line)
Aiming to form an urban area mainly composed of detached houses while considering harmony with the surrounding environment such as existing houses.
District 4 D (Low-rise Residential Area)
We aim to form an urban area as a detached residential area.
5 E Area (Middle-rise Residential Area along the line)
Aiming to form an urban area where middle-rise houses are located, while considering the adjacent urban area.
Policy for the development of district facilities Develop a district arterial road connecting Ring Route 4 and the Izumi River side road. In Area A, thebicycle parking lots will be developed to improve the convenience of Izumi-Chuo Station, as well as to improve the convenience of Izumi-Chuo Station, in Area B.

Restrictions on the use of buildings The following buildings must not be constructed.
