Targets of District Planning The Izumi Yayoidai Residential Area is located about 150 meters from Yayoidai Station on the Sotetsu Izumino Line, and is a residential development area within the already completed Shimbashi Land Readjustment Project Area.
This district plan aims to increase the business effect of this housing development, to guide and form the environment of a good detached residential area, and to preserve it.
Land Use Policy We control house density appropriately and arrange green including greening of fence, fence and fence positively and plan formation of low-rise residential area having good living environment.
Policy for maintenance of buildings, etc. We set necessary standard about use of building, minimum of site area, height to assume detached house which forms good town Nami.
In addition, fences and fences shall be greened, and hedges shall be mainly used in consideration of safety during an earthquake.

Restrictions on the use of buildings Buildings other than the buildings listed in the following items must not be built.
(1) Single-family houses
(2) Single-family homes that also serve as clinics (excluding those with patient accommodation facilities)
(3) Affiliated to buildings in each of the preceding items
Minimum site area of buildings 180m2
Restrictions on the position of the wall The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road or the adjacent land boundary (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1m or more.

(3) The height of each part of a building where the height of the eaves exceeds 7m is 4m multiplied by the horizontal distance in the true north direction from each part to the center line of the front road or the boundary line of the adjacent land by 0.5. Must be less than the added one.
Restrictions on the design of buildings The outer wall of the building shall not use any stimulating colors or decorations.
Restrictions on the structure of a fence or fence Hedges and other similar openness.
