Goals of District Planning | The Izumi Yayoidai Residential Area is located about 150 meters from Yayoidai Station on the Sotetsu Izumino Line, and is a residential development area within the already completed Shimbashi Land Readjustment Project Area. This district plan aims to increase the business effect of this housing development, to guide and form the environment of a good detached residential area, and to preserve it. |
