Targets of District Planning This area is located in the western part of Yokohama City and is a residential area centered on detached houses developed by the land readjustment project in the 1950s, maintaining a favorable living environment.
However, nearly 20 years have passed, and the time of rebuilding is about to be reached. It is necessary to guide residential areas that can accommodate housing, two-family housing, elderly housing, etc. with a level that can live comfortably.
The District Plan aims to maintain a good living environment in low-rise residential areas, mainly detached houses, and to create a green cityscape with conservation.
Land Use Policy In order to maintain and conservation a good environment as a residential urban area, while considering harmony with the surrounding environment, the following land use will be guided.
District A
We plan the location of low-rise houses mainly for detached houses.
District B
We plan location such as detached houses and living convenience facilities that give due consideration to the surrounding environment.
District C
Roadside service facilities such as stores along the City Planning Road Ring Route 4 and the Kamoi Kamiiida Line.
And the location of apartment houses.

Minimum site area of buildings The site area of the building shall be more than 165m2 and the area obtained by multiplying the number of dwelling units by 65m2. The site area of the building shall be 165 m2 or more.
Provided, however, that when the minimum floor area of the building is set, the land currently used as the site of the building is used as a site of the building based on the non-conforming or existing ownership or other rights. This shall not apply when all of the land that will not conform is used as one site.
