Goals of District Planning This area is located in the western part of Yokohama City, and is a residential area centered on detached houses developed by a land readjustment project in the 1950s, and a good living environment is maintained.
However, nearly 20 years have passed, and the time of rebuilding is about to be reached. It is necessary to guide residential areas that can cope with houses that have a level that can be used, two-family homes, and elderly housing.
This district plan aims to maintain a good living environment in low-rise residential areas mainly consisting of single-family houses, conservation, and to form a green cityscape.
Land Use Policy We divide district into low-rise residential area (A district, B district) and roadside district (C district) along city planning road, and maintain good environment as residential city area while considering harmony with neighboring environment・ Induced land use as follows to promote conservation:
District A
The location of low-rise houses, mainly consisting of detached houses.
District B
We plan location of detached houses and living convenience facilities that give due consideration to the surrounding environment.
District C
Roadside service facilities such as stores along the city planning road ring No. 4 and Kamoi Kamiiida Line
And the location of apartment buildings.
Policy of maintenance such as buildings In order to maintain and maintain a good environment as a residential area mainly composed of low-rise houses, restrictions on the use of buildings, the minimum site area of buildings, restrictions on the position of wall surfaces, and the maximum height of buildings We establish about restrictions of forms such as buildings or design and limit of structure of fence or fence.

Minimum floor area of the building The site area of the building shall be 165 m2 or more and the number of dwelling units multiplied by 65 m2. The site area of the building shall be 165 m2 or more.
However, when the minimum floor area of the building is determined, the land that is currently used as the site of the building, if it is used as a site of the building based on the existing ownership or other rights. This does not apply when the entire land is used as one site for land that does not conform, if it is used as one site.
Restrictions on wall position The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the boundary line of the front road and the adjacent land boundary line shall be 1m or more. ・ In the C district, notification is not required because a district maintenance plan has not been established.
