Targets of District Planning The north exit area of Izumino Station is located approximately 14 km west of Yokohama Station on the plateau north of Izumi Ward and is located on the north side of Izumino Station on the Sotetsu Izumino Line. In this area, infrastructure was improved in the Izumi area land readjustment project, which was implemented by the union, and was replaced in October 1976. After that, due to the expansion of urbanization in the surrounding area and the increase in traffic volume, "setting of bus routes in consideration of the district environment", "elimination of division of station square areas by roadway", and "enhancement of commercial functions" have become issues in the district. I have.
For this reason, we will secure a comfortable and spacious pedestrian space network in line with the relocation of the traffic plaza and the redevelopment of existing roads in the district. In addition, the goal of district planning is to create an attractive and lively space suitable for the urban living environment of conservation and station squares.
Land Use Policy In this area, in order to take advantage of the location characteristics of the station square area, the districts are divided into three areas as follows, and land use is appropriately arranged for commercial / business, culture / education, and residential use.
District A: We plan formation of lively space by setting up commerce, duties, service facilities suitable for station square and redevelopment of traffic open space.
District B: Promote the use of public-interest land such as parking lots and bicycle parking lots in order to improve the convenience of citizens' lives.
District C: To create a living environment centered on urban housing.
Policy for the development of district facilities Properly arrange traffic plazas and roads in order to respond to the increase in traffic volume and improve the traffic processing function of the district and the safety of pedestrians. Furthermore, in order to secure comfortable and spacious pedestrian spaces and networks, pedestrian passages will be properly arranged in the block to maintain and maintain these functions and conservation.
Policy for maintenance of buildings, etc. In the maintenance of buildings, we will secure a good and attractive space while giving due consideration to the impact on the surrounding environment in order to form a local base as a station square area. Therefore, we establish necessary standard in limitation of use of building, minimum of site area of building, restriction of position of wall surface, restriction of form or design such as buildings and restriction of structure of fence or fence.
Greening Policy Promote greening on the premises and in public spaces to form a green cityscape.
