１．What is the People and Farmland Plan?
The People / Agricultural Land Plan grasps the current situation of farmland in the area, discusses the future image of the area five years from now on the "people and farmland problems" that the area has, based on the results of questionnaires, etc. It is a plan created to solve issues, such as making a policy to consolidate farmland in the body.
Plans are being made in regions all over the country where there are issues.
We make and update person, farmland plan in Motoichi and work on solution of "problems of person and farmland" that area has including aging and lack of successors, increase of abandoned cultivated land.
The main items to be created in the People and Farmland Plan are as follows.
- Current Status and Issues of Target Districts
- Policy on the centralization of farmland into the central management body in the target area
- Policy on initiatives necessary to realize the centralization of farmland
- Management body that will become the center of the future (central management body)
- Intention to lend farmland

Regarding the current person / farmland plan, the renewal schedule is carried out during the following period.
２．About update schedule
There are two districts in Yokohama City's people and farmland plans: "Vegetables" and "livestock districts". The schedule varies depending on the district.

March | Holding of study meetings (*) | We will hold a study meeting for the update of people and farmland plans. After the study meeting, the person / farmland plan "expected to be registered" will be listed on the person / farmland plan. |

Applications after March 9, 2024 are subject to renewal for FY2024, but consultations are accepted at any time, so please contact the following consultation desk.

３．Related support systems
Management entities listed on the People / Agricultural Land Plan may receive the following support mainly:
Preparation funds and start-up funds (Agricultural Next-Generation Human Resources Investment Fund)
Farming preparation fund, management start fund (agricultural next-generation human resources investment fund) (outside site) (Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries website)
Interest-free Super L funds (financing) for 5 years
（１） Contents
With regard to the Super L fund system, the interest burden for the first five years of borrowing is reduced.
However, the maximum amount of interest grants is 2%. Therefore, if the loan interest rate of the loan institution exceeds 2%, the portion exceeding 2% will be borne by the borrower. In addition, since the amount of interest subsidy handling is limited, it may not be substantially interest-free.
