　The area around Kannai Station, where Odori Park (1st to 3rd wards) is located, is the center of Kannai Kangai-District, which has been driving the development of Yokohama since its opening. With the relocation of the city hall in June 2020, Yokohama City aims to become a bustling district with functions on the theme of "international industry-academia collaboration" and "sightseeing and attracting customers." As a town development policy, we have formulated the "Kannai Station Area Concept Plan".
　Based on this policy, Odori Park aims to increase the appeal of the park, including solving the issues facing the park, by developing a park management plan that shows the future image of the park.
