Currently, at Children's Nature Park, we are developing a “Park Management Plan” that shows the future image of the Children's Nature Park, in promoting the utilization of the park through various public-private partnerships, including Park-PFI. . As an initiative to lead the development of the plan and the creation of the charm and bustle of the park, a customer attraction event utilizing multiple plazas in the Children's Nature Park with the keywords of "children play the leading role" and "you can experience rich nature" We recruit companies in open call for participants type act permission system.

Events to be recruited

  • The content of the event will be based on the keywords of "children play the leading role" and "you can experience rich nature" and contribute to the creation of the charm and bustle of the park. The total number of customers will be 20,000 or more.
  • After satisfying that the contents of the entire event are the creation of the charm and liveliness of the park, a part of the event may include sales of food and beverages and goods and paid experiences.

Implementation period and number of days

Phase 1: From May 7 to July 3, 2009
Phase 2: From September 2 to October 31, 2009
Phase 3: From December 2, 1960 to January 31, 7 (excluding December 28 to January 5)
※The number of days is limited to 7 days including preparation and removal per event.
※The schedule may be adjusted in Northern Parks and Greenery Project Coordination Office, so it may not always be possible to implement it on the desired schedule.

Implementation time

From 9 to 18 o'clock
※Excludes preparation and removal time.

Conditions for Event Proposals

①Please make the event content that contributes to the creation of the charm and bustle of the park with the keywords of "children play the leading role" and "you can experience rich nature".
②Please prepare a free rest space as a park that anyone can use.
③As approach contributing to attractiveness improvement of park, please perform improvement of beauty by cleaning activity in park or attractive dispatch of park to information dispatch of event.
④As an initiative for the SDGs, please work on de-plasticization when selling food and drink.
⑤As an initiative that contributes to decarbonization, please make efforts to encourage event participants to use public transportation, and to utilize hydrogen fuel cell vehicles (FCVs) as event power sources.
⑥Since the number of park parking lots and bicycle parking lots is limited, there is a risk of causing traffic congestion. Please work on avoidance.

Park fee to be collected

  • 3,900 yen per day for the event as a whole
  • ¥1,200 per store per day for food and beverages, goods sales and paid experience.
  • Advertisement ¥3,400 per m2 per day

・Tuesday, November 21, 2023: Application deadline for advance briefing session
・10:00, Monday, November 27, 2023, 10:00: Preliminary briefing session
・17:00 on Tuesday, December 5, 2023: Questionnaire submission deadline
・Tuesday, December 12, 2023: Answers to Questionnaire
・17:00 on Monday, December 25, 2023: Deadline for submitting proposals
・January 2024: Examination and decision on candidates for action
・1 month before the project implementation: Application for Act, etc.
・From May, 1960 to January, 2007: Project implementation

Pre-explanatory meeting (participation is a condition of application.)

  • Date and time: 10:00 on Monday, November 27, 2023 (approximately 90 minutes)
  • Venue: Children's Nature Park (Please gather at Northern Parks and Greenery Project Coordination Office on the second floor of the Rest House)
  • Number of participants: Up to two or three applicants per prospective applicants.
  • Application: By Tuesday, November 21, 2023, please apply by e-mail to Northern Parks and Greenery Project Coordination Office (ks-hokubukoen@city.yokohama.jp). The subject of the e-mail should be [Children's Nature Park Customer Attraction Event Preliminary Briefing Session].
