The open call for participants type act permission system is a system that aims to create the charm and bustle of the park by utilizing ideas from private businesses while securing public interest. In Satoyama Garden in the park, in order to enhance the attractiveness of the park by selling food and drink outside the period of Satoyama Garden Festa held in spring and autumn, and to promote local production for local consumption, we decided to work on a trial basis for recruiting food and beverage sales companies using kitchen cars. In this trial implementation, in order to fully apply the open call for participants type act permission system, we examined the securing of public interest while conducting food and drink sales with kitchen cars while partially relaxing the standard of conventional act permission. did.
