We solicited private businesses to develop profit-making functions and other utilization businesses at Yamashita Park Rest House The business utilizes Park-PFI (open call for participants setting management system) to maintain and manage and operate surrounding gardens while eating and drinking and merchandise stores mainly in rest houses.

Proposal contents of the proposed planner

  • The representative corporation operates overall management and stores (food and beverage and merchandise sales), and the constituent corporations are responsible for garden management.
  • Most of the rest house is used as a free break space, and the store is basically taken out.
  • Garden A has terrace seats and can be used free of charge. Depending on the season, part of the restaurant will be used as a restaurant business area.
  • Garden B will set up planting and benches as a rest area with a rich atmosphere of flowers and greenery, and decorates the photo spot.

Correction of application guidelines

①Correction 1: Regarding the existing bulletin board 1 located in Garden B, if there is no proposal to install alternative digital signage, it has been added that Motoichi will continue to manage. (Page 10 of the Application Guidelines)
②Correction 2: Added the lower limit of the unit price of the usage fee and the concept of the collection of usage fee to be proposed when installing a vending machine in the rest house (installation permission). (Page 13 of the application guidelines and application form 12)

A briefing session and an exchange meeting were held. (October 11, 2021)

The briefing session was attended by 24 business operators. Thank you very much.
In addition, after the briefing session, an exchange meeting was held between the desired businesses as a place for information exchange between businesses, and 17 companies participated.
