We have solicited private companies to develop profitable business and other businesses at Yamashita Park Rest House. The business utilizes Park-PFI (open call for participants installation management system), and mainly operates restaurants and merchandise stores at rest houses, while maintaining and managing surrounding gardens.

Proposal contents of the person planning to set up
- The representative corporation operates overall management and stores (food and drinks and merchandise sales), and the constituent corporations are in charge of garden management.
- Most of the rest house is used as a free rest space, and stores are based on take-out sales.
- Garden A has a terrace seat, is basically free of charge, and a part is used as a restaurant business area depending on the season.
- Garden B will be planted and benches as a rest area with a rich atmosphere of flowers and greenery, and will be decorated with photo spots.

Revision of application guidelines, etc.
①Correction 1: Regarding existing bulletin board 1 located in Garden B, it has been added that Motoichi will continue to manage if there is no proposal to install alternative digital signage. (Page 10 of the Application Guidelines)
②Correction 2: Added the lower limit of the unit price of the usage fee to be proposed when installing a vending machine in the rest house (installation permission) and the concept of collection of the usage fee. (Application Guidelines Page 13 and Application Form 12)
A briefing session and an exchange meeting were held. (October 11, 2021)
