A sounding-type market survey (dialogue) will be conducted at Hanezawa Park, which will be newly established in Totsuka Ward, to explore the possibilities of businesses that contribute to the creation of parks and local attractions in cooperation with private businesses.

Based on the results of this dialogue, we will consider ways to utilize them. In the case of proceeding as a public offering type project, a second dialogue will be held showing specific public offering conditions (draft).
