At Hanezawa Park (tentative name) newly established in Totsuka Ward, we will conduct sounding-type market research (dialogue) in order to explore the possibility of businesses that contribute to the creation of parks and local attractions in cooperation with private businesses.

Based on the results of this dialogue, we will consider ways to utilize it. In the case of proceeding as a public offering type business, we plan to hold a second dialogue showing specific open recruitment conditions (draft).
