Sounding-type market research on utilization of Western-style buildings scheduled to be relocated to Harbor View Park (Minato-no-Mieru Oka Koen)

We conducted a sounding-type market survey (dialogue) in order to preserve the Western-style building scheduled to be relocated in the Harbor View Park (Minato-no-Mieru Oka Koen) (Expansion Department) maintenance project and utilize it in cooperation with private businesses.

Western-style building scheduled to be relocated and restored. Effective utilization of	①Please use the main purpose as a museum. ②When using it for other purposes such as eating and drinking, merchandise sales, seminars, etc. in conjunction with major uses, please use it in line with the purpose of the utilization concept.
Utilization of Extended Building	①Please use the main purpose as a museum. ②When using it for other purposes such as eating and drinking, merchandise sales, seminars, etc. in conjunction with major uses, please use it in line with the purpose of the utilization concept.
Utilization of Lawn Gardens (areas of buried cultural properties)	Please use it in accordance with the purpose of the concept.
Maintenance of gardens	For the purpose of further improving the convenience of park users, please maintain facilities that general park users can use in the park.

・Based on the concept of the open call for participants conditions (draft), plan a business, and create a business plan document (there is a base figure below) and a utilization zoning diagram (there is a base diagram below).

・Please display the utilization zoning map so that you can see the area of the for-profit business and the area responsible for management.

③Reflecting in public offerings (trial implementation of incentives to participate in dialogue)

・Participating companies will be notified of the results of the dialogue after the dialogue will be announced after the dialogue ends.
