We conducted sounding-type market research (dialogue) with the aim of recruiting businesses that utilize the Yamashita Park Rest House.

Sounding-type market research (dialogue)

2nd dialogue

In the second dialogue, we showed the concept of open recruitment conditions (draft) based on the opinions received in the first session, and asked about the business plan for this. The final open recruitment conditions will be determined after consideration, including this dialogue, and will be promoted for business recruitment.

※It does not matter whether or not you participate in the first dialogue.

Direct dialogue and dialogue using the web conferencing system
※If you wish, it is possible to participate only by submitting a business plan.

※In the case of dialogue using the web conference system (scheduled to use Zoom free version), please apply as soon as possible.

Contents Dialogue will be promoted based on the business plan document prepared for the concept of open call for participants (draft).

Rest House Public Offering
Effective utilization of

[Basic Conditions (Draft)]
①The main use should be restaurants and merchandise sales stores.
②The store should be a space suitable for Yamashita Park and a sense of unity with Garden A.
[Optional conditions (Draft)]
③Functions (stores, etc.) that contributes to the convenience of the park can be set up.
④There is a free rest space available.

Utilization of Garden A

[Basic Conditions (Draft)]
①Please use it as a space suitable for Yamashita Park and a space with a sense of unity with the rest house.
②Please provide a function to provide a new way of spending Yamashita Park.
[Optional conditions (Draft)]
③A new building can be set up and functions (stores, etc.) that contributes to the convenience of the park can be set up.

Utilization

Please make a proposal that includes daily management for any of the following two plans (both are acceptable).

Plan A: Use existing toilets to renovate interior and exteriors that contribute to further improvement of comfort.
Plan B: Replacement of existing toilets and use them under the same conditions as "Utilization of Rest House Public Recruitment Parts".
Please secure an alternative toilet function in the Garden A, Garden D or Rest House.

Update of bulletin boards in the park

・Install and manage digital signage as an alternative to existing bulletin boards (three locations).

Renovation of Garden B, etc.

[Optional conditions (Draft)]
・For the purpose of improvement of charm and comfort, we can repair gardens.

Renovation of Garden C, etc.

[Optional conditions (Draft)]
・In order to improve attractiveness and comfort, the planting basin that also serves as benches can be renovated.

Implementation of events, etc.

①Held events in the managed area as a manager of the rest house open call for participants part and garden A.
You can sell products that are handled in the rest house.
②We hold events and sell products handled in rest houses in gardens other than the management area.
