We conducted sounding-type market research (dialogue) with the aim of recruiting businesses that utilize Yamashita Park Rest House.

The second dialogue

In the second dialogue, we showed the concept of the public offering conditions (draft) based on the opinions received in the first session, and asked about the business plan for this. The final recruitment conditions will be determined after consideration, including this dialogue, and will be promoted for business recruitment.

Target person

A group of corporations or corporations that can create “Business Plan” and utilization zoning diagrams
※Please refer to page 5 of the Implementation Guide for details on how to create it.
※It does not matter whether or not you participate in the first dialogue.

Direct dialogue and dialogue through the web conference system
※If you wish, you can participate only by submitting business plans etc.

※We will inform you of the date and time as soon as you apply.
※In the case of participation only by submitting a business plan, etc., entry sheet, business plan book, and utilization zoning diagram
The deadline for submission is Friday, March 12, 2021.
※In the case of dialogue using the web conference system (free Zoom version will be used), please apply as soon as possible.

Rest House open call for participants
Utilization of

[Basic Conditions (draft)]
①The main purpose is to store food and drink and merchandise.
②The store should be a space suitable for Yamashita Park and a space with a sense of unity with Garden A.
[Optional conditions (draft)]
③Functions (stores, etc.) that contribute to the convenience of the park can be provided.
④You can set up a free rest space.

Utilization of Garden A

[Basic Conditions (draft)]
①Please use it as a space suitable for Yamashita Park and a space with a sense of unity with Rest House.
②Please provide a function to provide Yamashita Park's new way of spending time.
[Optional conditions (draft)]
③A new building can be set up and functions (stores, etc.) that contribute to the convenience of the park can be established.

Utilization

Please make a proposal that includes daily management for any of the following two proposals (both are acceptable).

Plan A: Utilize existing toilets to renovate interior and exteriors that contribute to further improvement of comfort.
Plan B: Change the use of existing toilets and use them under the same conditions as "Utilization of Rest House Open Recruitment Part".
Make sure to secure an alternative toilet function in Garden A, Garden D or Rest House.

Update of bulletin boards in the park

・Install and manage digital signage that will replace existing bulletin boards (three locations).

Renovation of Garden B, etc.

[Optional conditions (draft)]
・Renovation of gardens, etc. can be performed for the purpose of improving attractiveness and comfort.

Renovation of Garden C, etc.

[Optional conditions (draft)]
・For the purpose of improving attractiveness and comfort, we can repair a planting basin that can also be used as a bench.

Implementation of events, etc.

①Holding and holding events in the management area as the manager of the rest house open call for participants and garden A.

②We hold events and sell products handled in rest houses in gardens other than the management area.

Please describe a feasible proposal.
・The item of "optional conditions (draft)" should be described when a proposal is possible.
・Use zoning diagram should clearly indicate the area for each function. (free format)

②Submission method
・Please submit by e-mail by the day before the dialogue.

③Reflecting in open recruitment of business operators (for trial implementation of incentives for participation in dialogue)
・When Motoichi recognizes that business plan book and utilization zoning figure meet constant condition, we consider adding points at the time of examination of company open call for participants on a trial basis.
