※On Sunday, April 28, the Futamatagawa Station administrative service corner is open, and only the library agency is closed.
※book return box is available only on Sunday, April 28. Holidays are not available on public holidays.

• You can pick up and return the book from Yokohama City Library.
• In order to specify the location of the book agency service as the receiving location of the reservation, it is necessary to register a password and e-mail address.

　　　※The library information system has been changed to a new system from Monday, January 15, 2024.
　　　　When you log in for the first time on the new online catalog page, you will need to re-register your password.

• Once the book is ready, we will notify you via the reservation contact email. Please bring your library card from Yokohama City Library and come to the book agency service location designated as the pick-up location.
• Book agency service is available only to those who live in Yokohama, commute, or go to school.
• Only books from Yokohama City Library can be returned at the location of the book agency service. Please note that books from district centers and other municipalities cannot be returned.
• If you do not return the borrowed book for a long time, you may not be able to borrow and apply for reservations.
