Hiyoshi Book Agency (nickname: Hiyoshi's book)

This facility allows you to receive and return books from Yokohama City Library. For more information, please refer to the following page.
To reserve a book, you need to register your e-mail address and password on the Internet.
In addition to the conventional services, the Hiyoshi Book Agency has an exhibition and planning space with the theme of "encountering new books" and "multi-generation exchange".
You will need a library card from Yokohama City Library to receive the book you booked. You can apply for new registration not only at the City Library window but also online.

Weekdays: 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Closed days: New Year holidays, facility inspection day of Kyoseikan (third Sunday of December) ※book return box is not available.

• Books book return box can be used to return books outside of opening hours. (However, it cannot be used from 0:00 am to 6:00 am because you cannot enter the Kyoseikan.) Please return only books. Books returned to book return box will be returned in principle on the morning of the next opening day. Please note that it will remain on loan until it is returned.
