Pregnant woman Health Checkups expense subsidy

By subsidizing 50,000 yen to those who have visited the Health Checkups Pregnant Women at least once after April 1, 2024, we will reduce the financial burden on Health Checkups Pregnant Women.
We have started accepting applications.

①　Those who have consulted the pregnant woman Health Checkups at least once after April 1, 2024
②　①Those who have resident registration in Yokohama City from the date of the medical examination consultation to the date of payment application
(Medical examinations before the issuance of the Maternal and Child Health Handbook, examinations of pregnancy judgments, and postpartum medical examinations are not eligible for the subsidy.)
However, those who can receive the cost of Health Checkups pregnant women under the welfare system are not eligible.
In addition, even if you have already completed pregnancy, you will be eligible for payment if you meet both 1 and 2.

Only pregnant women can apply. In principle, spouses and family members are not allowed to apply.
If it is difficult to apply from the pregnant woman because she is a minor, please contact the call center in advance.

※Approximately 2-3 months from the application, we will transfer it to the account specified at the time of application.

We accept application from Yokohama-shi child care support site "Pamatoko" (outside site).

Please note that applications are not accepted at ward offices, etc.

The following image data must be attached when applying, so please prepare in advance and apply.
・Items that can confirm the account of the financial institution to which the transfer is made (such as a passbook)
・Items that can confirm the Maternal and Child Health Handbook number (such as the cover of the Maternal and Child Health Handbook)
・Items that can confirm the date of the prenatal checkup for the application ("Pregnancy Progress" page and receipt in the Maternal and Child Health Handbook)

When applying, it is necessary to register user information in "Pamatoko".

Application period: From prenatal checkup until childbirth
In addition, among those who meet the conditions of the eligible recipients, those who have already completed pregnancy can apply until March 31, 2025.
