Special bus and subway tickets (households receiving Child Raising Allowance and households entering maternal and child living support facilities)

Free special tickets for municipal buses, private buses (except when boarding and disembarkation outside the city), municipal subways, Kanazawa Seaside Line will be issued to households receiving Child Raising Allowance and those who enter theChildren and Families Support Division and Child Living Support Facility. The number of users is limited to one person per household.

１．Certificate of residence issued by Child Raising Allowance or certificate of residence issued by Director of Mother and Child Living Support Facility
２．Photographs of those who use the special ticket (upper body, front, hat, 3 cm long x 2.4 cm wide)

For the time being, mailing procedures will be possible for new grant applications and re-grant applications
In the mailing procedure, please use the grant application form (PDF: 190KB) or a re-grant application (PDF: 185KB) according to the desired procedure, and send it together with the reply envelope. In the case of mailing, please submit a copy of the Child Raising Allowance Certificate instead of the original.
For details on procedures such as stamp charges to be attached to the reply envelope, please consult your ward office Children and Families Support Division.

The validity period of the special ticket is from April 1 to March 31 every year.
If you are currently receiving a special ticket and wish to continue using the service after April of the following year, you must submit a request for registration form.
For those who have submitted the registration form by the deadline for submission, a special ticket will be mailed from the city at the end of March.

■Those who are currently using special tickets.
We will send a "Grant Request Form" to those who are eligible in early February.
Please submit the “Grant Request Form” in the enclosed reply envelope and submit it by the deadline specified in advance.

■Those who have lost the requested registration form, or who have been notified after the submission deadline
Please submit "registration form (for window)" (PDF: 94KB) to Children and Families Support Division of your ward.

■Person who wants to change user (subject person) during annual update
Please apply at the Children and Families Support Division window in your ward.

You need the following.
（１） Special ticket for those who are currently in use
（２） "Yokohama City Special Ticket Grant Request for registration form (for submission)" ※We mail to target person in the beginning of February from city.
（３） Grant hope for new users registration form (for window) (PDF: 94KB)
（４） A copy of the Child Raising Allowance Certificate (within the expiration date) or a certificate of residence issued by the director of the Mother and Child Living Support Facility

You need the following.
