About recruitment of corporations concerned with environmental improvement operating expenses subsidy grant such as elementary school student nursing homes in Yokohama City for establishment of family homes <<Additional recruitment>

Overview of the Business

elementary school student nursing homes, small-scale elementary school student nursing homes, and branch-type small-scale group care will be established, and we are looking for corporations to carry out business.
For selected corporations, etc., we will assist the necessary expenses related to renovations for establishment.

1.About target business

Major requirements for receiving grants
Target businesses

The following facilities will be established and operated
1.Establishment of Family Home (elementary school student Childcare Business)
2.Establishment of small-scale community-based elementary school student nursing homes or small-scale group care
※2 covers elementary school student nursing homes operated by corporations that have already been approved in Yokohama.

Covered expenses and amounts

1.Renovation and maintenance, equipment maintenance, equipment purchase costs, etc. necessary when conducting the project
・Grants up to 8 million yen per facility
2.Rental fees are incurred during the renovation and maintenance period
・Grants up to 2 million yen per facility (the target period is a maximum of 6 months including the renovation period)

Subsidization rate

10/10 (within the range of assistance limit)

April 1, 2023

Application period

Please submit the application form within the following deadline.
Must arrive on Friday, January 6, 2023
※Application documents will be provided separately.

Prior consultation

1. Confirmation is required before prior consultation
※The following confirmation is required for both renovation of an existing building or interior maintenance of a new building.
・Comply with related laws and regulations such as the Building Standards Law, the Barrier-Free Law, and the Welfare Town Development Ordinance
・Comply with laws and regulations related to elementary school student nursing homes and family homes
2. Documents required for prior consultation
・Thing which understands the location of layout plan, floor plan, guide map (neighboring facilities, parks, etc.) of facilities planning maintenance
・Schedule until opening, etc.
3. How to submit prior consultation documents
・Please contact us by phone and send data such as PDF in advance.
