Overview of the Business

 In order to promote small-scale and regional decentralization of care at elementary school student nursing homes and other facilities, we will recruit new businesses to carry out our business by establishing a family home, small-scale elementary school student nursing homes and branch-type small-scale group care.
 For selected company, we assist necessary expense to affect repair for establishment.

1.About target business

Main requirements for receiving grants
Target business, etc.

The following facilities will be newly established and operated
1.Establishment of a family home (small residential elementary school student nursing business)
2.Establishment of small regional elementary school student nursing homes or branch-type small group care
※elementary school student nursing homes, child psychotherapy facilities, and elementary school student independence support facilities operated by corporations already licensed in Yokohama City.

Expenses and Amounts to be Subjected

1.Renovation and maintenance, equipment maintenance, and equipment purchase costs, etc. necessary for implementing the project
・Granted up to 8 million yen per facility
2.When rent is incurred during the renovation and maintenance period
・Granted up to 2 million yen per facility (the target period is a maximum of 6 months including the renovation period)

Subsidiary rate

10/10 (within the scope of the subsidy limit)

1. Confirmation is required before prior consultation
※The following confirmations are required in both cases of renovation of existing buildings or maintenance of interiors of new buildings.
・Comply with related laws and regulations such as the Building Standards Law, the Barrier-Free Law, and the Welfare Town Development Ordinance.
・Comply with laws and regulations related to elementary school student Nursing Homes and Family Homes
2. Documents required for prior consultation
・Those that show the location of the layout, floor plan, and guide map (neighboring facilities, parks, etc.) of the facilities that are planned to be maintained
・Schedule up to opening, etc.
3. How to submit prior consultation documents, etc.
・Please make a reservation for a consultation day over the phone and send data such as PDF in advance before coming.
