Confirmation of additional benefits for childbirth and childcare (for health insurance unions)

In the examination of the payment of subsidies for childbirth expenses, Yokohama City confirms the additional benefits of lump-sum childcare lump sum paid by the employee health insurance to which the applicant joins.
If it is not possible to confirm whether or not additional benefits for childbirth and childcare are provided on the websites of each employee health insurance, the company entrusted by Yokohama City will contact the health insurance union to which the applicant joins.
It is not the payment results of a specific member, but it is a confirmation of the payment of additional benefits of the lump-sum payment for childbirth and childcare as a general system, and the amount of benefits. Thank you for your cooperation.

It is possible to search by specifying the area and detailed conditions, and check the information of the relevant facility.
