In principle, only the person who gave birth and the person himself / herself can apply.

In principle, only the account in the name of the person who gave birth can be specified to receive the grant.
※If you have any individual circumstances, such as the person who gave birth cannot create a bank account, please contact the call center.
There is no income limit.
Please contact your health insurance union regarding the availability and amount of additional benefits for childbirth and childcare lump sums.
In addition, even if the additional benefits have not been actually transferred due to unclaimed, etc., if it is confirmed that they will be paid under the system, the additional benefits will be deducted from the subsidy amount.
Please attach a notice of the lump-sum payment for childbirth and childcare, or if you can use the minor portal, please obtain "Information such as health insurance card" from "Other My Information" on the minor portal.
※In addition, please set the starting date (the date for requesting acquisition) to be confirmed in the minor portal as "birth date".

Childbirth and child care support money of national system is subsidy that Yokohama-shi originally pays separately.
If you apply without registering the child care support site application "Pamatoko", you can apply using a paper application form.
If you would like to apply using a paper application form, please contact the call center.
