 Stress is something that stimulates the mind and body.
 What will be stressful for you?
 Study, exams, club activities games, relationships with seniors and juniors at schools, friends, parents and siblings
In situations that can lead to worries, such as things related to homes, it is easy to feel stress.
 In addition, the environment such as summer heat and crowds of people attending school, and changes in life such as enrollment and graduation for students.
It's easy to feel stress.
 However, moderate stress can also lead to your own growth and resilience of your life.
 For example, if you are studying for an exam, you have pressure, but you can achieve your goals.
There is also a good aspect that you can feel rewarding and growing.
 Stress can have a favorable effect, so not everything is waly.
 Let's find a way to get along well because stress is for everyone, and rather, it's impossible to avoid.

 When a person feels stressed, it is called a stress reaction, and various signs to the body and mind.
