Self-care for stress

Introduction
Are you all going to do? In March, I think there are many busy days such as various jobs for the next fiscal year. Also, if the fiscal year changes, there may be many changes in work, such as personnel changes and changes in work assignments. This is a time when stress is likely to accumulate. Nowadays, it is a difficult society to escape stress. Even though there are individual differences in causes and strength, everyone is stressed and cannot completely remove it. As stress accumulates, physical abnormalities such as headache, stiff shoulders, palpitations, dizziness, diarrhea, and constipation appear, and psychological abnormalities such as anxiety, depression, irritation, reduced concentration, and lethargy. Spill out little by little before overflowing, don't overdo it, and get along well with stress.
To maintain mental health
First of all, why don't you review your daily lifestyle? An irregular lifestyle can disrupt the activity of the autonomic nervous system and cause physical upset. Sleep well, eating a well-balanced diet, and continuing moderate exercise are essential for maintaining mental health. In this article, I would like to tell you that it is good for each one. If you try to do it perfectly, it will cause stress, so try it within a reasonable range.
①Sleep
・Avoid taking caffeine and alcohol before going to bed.
・Make sure you get up at a fixed time every morning.
・I don't care too much about the length of sleep.
・Take a lukewarm bath before going to bed.
・After entering the bedding, do not see mobile phones, smartphones, or tablet terminals.
②Meal
・Eat well balanced.
・Chew well and eat slowly.
・Eat 3 meals regularly without skipping meals.
③Exercise
・Do aerobic exercise, such as walking.
・Relax your body by stretching.
・Exercise should be done with strength that does not become difficult.
Yeah
If you try to do all of these, I think that there are many people who end up not going on. Even if you know it's important, it's hard to do it. Ideally, there is no sharpness, but let's do it as much as you can. For example, try to do as much as you can, such as eating well-balanced only in the morning or walking only twice a week.
