Introduction
Nowadays it is a difficult society to escape stress, no one has stress, and it cannot be completely removed. As stress accumulates, physical and psychological abnormalities appear. It is necessary to exhalate stress little by little before it overflows, not to overdo it, and to work well with stress. I think there are various ways to do that, such as exercising or doing hobby activities, depending on the person, but sleep is also one of the important stress relief methods. I would like to tell you about sleep today.
To get a better sleep
Sleep has the role of resting the brain and body, and if you continue to lack sleep, you can experience various things such as reduced judgment and attention, and sluggishness of the body. Continuing lack of sleep can make you more susceptible to depression, and in some cases, you may feel like you want to die. On the other hand, sleeping not only relieves stress, but also helps prevent illness and improve work performance. Let's be aware of the following points as points for getting better sleep.
"Points for a better sleep"
■I wake up at a fixed time every morning and get sun to wake up.

■Have a good breakfast

■After getting sleepy, go to bed

■Avoid tobacco, caffeine, and alcohol before bedtime
・・・ Sleep is prevented and sleep becomes shallow. Alcohol may seem good for sleep, but acetaldehyde, which is formed by metabolizing alcohol, has a awakening effect and reduces both the quality and quantity of sleep.
■I don't see a smartphone before going to bed
