Introduction
Are you all going to do? This time is a time when stress is likely to accumulate, such as busy work at the end of the fiscal year, transfers and changes in work assignments. As stress accumulates, physical abnormalities such as headache, stiff shoulders, motivation, dizziness, diarrhea, and constipation, and psychological abnormalities such as anxiety, depression, irritation, reduced concentration, and lethargic. Spill out little by little before stress overflows, don't overdo it, and keep along with stress well.
As a way to do so, I think there are various ways depending on the person, such as getting a good sleep, exercising, and doing hobby activities, but today, `` I find ways to catch things, find habits of thinking, It will be easier if you change the viewpoint. "
How to perceive things and way of thinking
There is a habit in how you perceive things and how you think, which can cause you to overly worry and feel stressed. For example, if you pass a colleague but don't have a greeting, you may be worried that "I was ignored because I hated", but maybe at this time the other party was thinking and I didn't notice it. Also, when you make something wrong, you may be wondering, "It's a useless person to fail, you'll surely be laughed by everyone." However, it's easy to feel if you think, "Everyone has a failure, rather has a point of improvement."
Also, if you think about things by yourself, it tends to be a pattern, so it is one way to talk to someone. By speaking, you can objectively look at yourself and listen to opinions with a different perspective than you. This can be an opportunity to notice how you perceive things and the habit of thinking. In addition, just speaking will reduce your mind, reduce loneliness and anxiety, and make it easier to reduce stress.
