For those who are staying at home or recuperating at home due to COVID-19 infection and meet certain requirements, "Special Mail Voting" is now available from the election to which the date is announced or announced after June 23, 2021.

What is a specific patient?

・Those who have received a request to refrain from going out pursuant to the provisions of Article 44-3, Paragraph 2 of the Act on the Prevention of Infectious Diseases and Medical Care for Patients with Infectious Diseases or Article 14, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Quarantine Law
・Those who are housed in accommodation facilities by the measures listed in Article 14, Paragraph 1, Item 1 or Item 2 of the Quarantine Law (Isolation / Stop Measures)
