1.Business description

(1) Acceptance of reports from police officers, etc. under the Mental Health and Welfare Law, interviews, and coordination of consultation
(2) Transfer from police department to the consultation site and transfer to a psychiatric hospital
(3) Administrative processing related to Psychiatry Emergency Services, PC input, etc.
(4) In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

2.Eligibility

(1) No experience
(2) It is desirable to have experience in consultation and coordination work.
(3) Those who can work on rotation
※Foreign nationals are not allowed to engage in business activities that may lead to the exercise of public power.

4.Working conditions and compensation (fiscal 2024)

(1) Work location
 City of Yokohama, Health and Social Welfare Bureau Mental Health and Welfare Division (10th floor of Keihan Yokohama Building 2-22 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama City) and
 Kanagawa Mental Health and Welfare Center (2-5-2 Serigaya, Konan-ku, Yokohama)
(2) Working days
 Work within 30 hours a week (approximately 4 days a week)
(3) Working hours
 4 shift rotation work (* Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are available)
 Oh, from 8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
 B. From 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm
 From 9:30 pm to 8:15 am the following day
 D. From 10:00 pm to 8:45 am the following day
(4) Salary
 ¥217,700 per month
(5) Treatment and Benefits
 Commuting allowance equivalent (up to 55,000 yen per month), various insurances (employment insurance, Employees' Pension Insurance, employee health insurance), Yokohama City Employees' Welfare Association (voluntary participation)
(6) Vacation
 According to the rules regarding working hours, vacations, etc. of staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City

※Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.

5.Appointment period

From November 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017
※If your work experience is good, you may be re-appointed. (up to 4 times)
