About holding of the 10th Excite Yokohama 22 round-table conference

In Yokohama City, with an eye on the future image of the town around Yokohama Station approximately 20 years from now, in fiscal 2009, a major remodeling plan around Yokohama Station, which will serve as a guideline for "town development suitable as a gateway to Yokohama," was compiled as "Excite Yokohama 22."
In response to this, the “Excite Yokohama 22 Roundtable” is held every year to report on initiatives and exchange opinions with local organizations, railway operators, community development officials, etc. In fiscal 2018, we promoted community development around Yokohama Station to realize "Excite Yokohama 22," including the construction of the JR Yokohama Tower, the central passageway of the West Exit Underground Shopping Center, and the construction of the escalator at East Exit Station Square. In addition to reporting on these initiatives, we will hold the 10th round-table conference to exchange opinions on projects and examinations to be implemented after this fiscal year.
