　In Yokohama City, a temporary floating pier has been set up in Saiwai River, a tributary of the Katabira River, to verify how water areas around Yokohama Station can be utilized, such as disaster prevention activities, water management, and regional development.
　As part of this effort, in cooperation with the Yokohama West Exit Area Management Co., Ltd., Nishi fire department Nishi fire brigade, Tobe Police Department, Nishi Ward Office, and Urban Development Bureau, which are engaged in various activities such as events, anti-crime program and cleaning in Yokohama-sta.-nishiguchi, this training was conducted by the Saiwai River to help people in the area of Katabira River.
