We perform citizen opinion offer and briefing session about former Kami-Seya communication facility land use basic plan (draft).

　Former Kami-Seya Communication Facility is the site of the U.S. military facility returned in June 2015, and is a valuable and vast land in the Tokyo metropolitan area, covering an area of about 242 ha. About 45% of the site is privately owned land, and we have been exchanging opinions on future land use, mainly by landowners of the land.
　As we gathered policy of town development and way of thinking of land use as "old Kami-Seya communication facility land use basic plan (draft)", we raise opinions of citizen's all of you and hold briefing session.
