　Former Kami Seya Communication Facility is the site of a US military facility returned in June 2015, and is a valuable vast land in the Tokyo metropolitan area with an area of about 242 ha. Approximately 45% of the site is privately owned land, and land owners have exchanged opinions on future land use, etc., mainly on land owners.
　As we gathered policy of town development and way of thinking of land use as "old Kami Seya communication facility land use basic plan (draft)" this time, we raise opinions of citizen's all of you and hold briefing session .
