Yokohama City is one of the methods for continuing to grow and develop in the future, even in the case of changes in socio-economic conditions due to population decline and the progress of a super-aging society expected in the future. Law No. 80 of 2018. In accordance with the IR Development Act, we aim to realize the development of specific complex tourist facilities in Yamashita-Futo.
In the future, we will make public comments on the direction (draft) of IR considered by Yokohama City in order to refer to the implementation policy formulated based on the IR Maintenance Law.
The direction (draft) of Yokohama IR (integrated resort) describes the basic concept "Yokohama Innovation IR", which aims to realize "Yokohama as a destination chosen from the world," and four directions for realizing the basic concept.
