Yokohama City is one of the methods for continuing to grow and develop in the future, even in the event of changes in socio-economic conditions due to the expected population decline and the development of a super-aging society expected in the future. Law No. 80 of 2018. In accordance with the "IR Development Act"), Yamashita-Futo aims to realize the development of specific complex tourist facilities.
In the future, we will carry out public comments on the direction (draft) of IR that Yokohama City considers to be used as a reference for the implementation policy formulated based on the IR Maintenance Law.
The direction (draft) of Yokohama IR (Integrated Resort) includes the basic concept "Yokohama Innovation IR," which aims to realize "Yokohama a destination chosen from the world" with Yokohama IR as an opportunity, and four directions for realizing the basic concept.
