　The Maruyamadai district in Konan-ku is a hilly area extending about 1.4 km southwest of the Yokohama Municipal Subway Kaminagaya Station.

　In this district, "Maruyamadai town development guidelines" received change of authorization of the mayor based on Yokohama-shi local town development promotion regulations as local town development rule.
