Former Kami-Seya Communication Facility is the site of the U.S. military facility returned in June 2015, and is a valuable and vast land in the Tokyo metropolitan area, covering an area of about 242 ha. In Motoichi, we examine land use from opinion exchange with landowners and opinion, request that we had and, in December, 2019 "old Kami-Seya communication facility land use basic plan (draft)" in December, 2019 We announced in and raised citizen opinion. Based on the opinions received, we have formulated the “Old Kami-Seya Communication Facility Land Use Basic Plan”.
