Former Kami Seya Communication Facility is the site of a US military facility returned in June 2015, and is a valuable vast land in the Tokyo metropolitan area with an area of about 242 ha. In Motoichi, we examine land use from opinion exchange with landowners and opinion, request that citizen's all of you and, in December, 2019, "old Kamiseya communication facility land use basic plan (draft)" We announced in December and raised citizen opinions. . Based on the opinions received, we have formulated the "Old Kami Seya Communication Facility Land Use Basic Plan".
