In January 2012, the Yokohama City Central and Seaside Area, including the Minato Mirai 21 district, was designated as a "Specific Urban Renewal Emergency Development Area" based on the Act on Special Measures for Urban Regeneration.
This time, the Minato Mirai 21 Central District 53 Block Development Plan (tentative name) Minato Mirai 21 District 53 Block Development Plan has been certified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism as a private urban regeneration project plan.
Going forward, we will continue to promote business locations by utilizing the benefits such as the tax system due to being designated as a specific urban regeneration emergency maintenance area and support measures such as the Business Location Promotion Ordinance, which is a unique system of Yokohama City. .
